Plumber in Old Town Murrieta, CA
Plumbing service for Old Town Murrieta, the historic downtown district of restaurants, shops, civic buildings and nearby homes.
The Original Murrieta Town Site
Old Town is the commonly used name for what the City of Murrieta's planning documents call Historic Downtown Murrieta, the original Murrieta Town Site. The Downtown Murrieta Specific Plan, adopted March 7, 2017, covers about 320 acres roughly one-half mile west of Interstate 15, running from Kalmia Street to Ivy Street and from Hayes Avenue to Jefferson Avenue. Early development here centered on an 1885 railroad station and the Fountain House Hotel.
The plan divides downtown into four planning areas: a Civic Center around Town Square Park, a mainly residential Jefferson and Juniper area, a Washington Avenue main-street corridor with ground-floor retail and restaurants, and a Creek area of existing single-family homes near Murrieta Creek. Unlike the neighborhoods elsewhere on this site, Old Town is a district rather than a subdivision, so this page covers both business and residential plumbing.
Businesses, Older Buildings And Nearby Homes
Restaurants And Retail On Washington Avenue
Food service and retail tenants depend on working drains, restrooms and water supply during open hours. We plan commercial calls around your schedule where we can.
Older And Newer Buildings Side By Side
The district mixes buildings styled after the late 1800s and early 1900s with newer mixed-use construction. We inspect what is installed before recommending work.
Grease And Drain Care For Food Businesses
Restaurants commonly need regular drain maintenance. Hydro jetting and camera inspection help clear and verify lines, which is general plumbing information.
Backflow Testing For Commercial Water Service
Many commercial properties are required to test their backflow devices on a set schedule. Confirm your requirements with your water provider, and we can handle the testing.
