Temecula, five and a half miles south, shares that same origin story and water district, but its Old Town core adds genuinely older buildings into the mix that the newer subdivisions don't have.

Sun City, a Del Webb retirement community right in the middle of it, dates to the early 1960s, decades before Murrieta's own construction wave, while the Menifee Lakes area developed much later, starting in 1989. Canyon Lake rounds out our coverage area as a gated, private-lake community where we coordinate access with the gatehouse before every visit, an extra logistics step that doesn't apply anywhere else we serve.
