Estimates & Pricing
Estimates provided by phone are based on the information described during the call and are not final until a technician has diagnosed the actual issue on site. Any flat-rate price quoted after diagnosis is the price for the described scope of work; a change in scope discovered during the job will be discussed and approved before any additional work begins.
Licensing
Murrieta Express Plumbing operates under a California C-36 plumbing contractor license through the Contractors State License Board (CSLB). Work is performed in accordance with the Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC) as adopted by the State of California and applicable local permitting requirements.
Scheduling & Cancellations
Appointment windows are estimates based on current call volume and technician routing, not guaranteed exact arrival times unless specifically stated. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call as far in advance as possible.
